Marc Jacobs once wanted to sueJustin Bieber after the teen pop star launched a women'sperfume called Someday, which was similar to the designer'spopular scent Lola.
Many fans have remarked on the similarities betweenBieber's and Jacobs' perfumes and the designer himself hasconfirmed he had a meeting with bosses at Coty, the fragrancecompany behind his scents, about the issue, reported DailyStar.
But Jacobs' decided against taking legal action overBieber's product.
"We just had a conversation about it. Coty said, 'Dowe sue them?' and I said, 'You know what? Let everyone elsesay what they want. I received Google Alerts about peoplesaying it was derivative. We're not going to do anything aboutit," he said.
"I look around the room and I look at the work we'vedone and a quote I really believe in is something Chanel said,'He who insists on his own creativity has no memory'," addedJacobs.
