Mumbai:
Priyanka Chopra, Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan may have all come to Mehboob studios on Monday for their respective projects but what's interesting is that they didn't get a chance to meet each other.
An onlooker says, "Salman Khan and Randeep Hooda have been shooting at Mehboob studios for their film, Kick, since quite a few days now. It is a long schedule and when it rained on Monday, director Sajid Nadiadwala asked his actors to take a break. (Also read:Shah Rukh Khan Among Hollywood Director Brett Ratner's Favourite Actors)
They were anyway looking at shooting an open-air sequence in the garden, so Sajid postponed the shoot till evening. Salman, after waiting some time for the rain to stop, went home. He returned to Mehboob studios in the evening and this is why he couldn't attend the launch of Dilip Kumar's autobiography."
Interestingly, around the time that Salman and Randeep were waiting for the rain to stop, Priyanka Chopra was making an appearance at a UNICEF event that was also being held at Mehboob studios. A source says, "Priyanka's event took place at stage four and Salman and Randeep were spotted outside the venue. But they left before the event got over, so they could not meet Priyanka." To add to this, soon after Priyanka left the studio, Salman returned to complete his shoot. "By sheer coincidence, Shah Rukh Khan too dropped in at the same time, as he had to shoot for his film, Happy New Year. He spent quite some time on the sets and all this while, Salman was present in the same vicinity. They never came face-to-face with each other," says the source.(Also read:Priyanka Chopra Sends Legal Notice to Alleged Former Boyfriend Aseem Merchant)
