Anyone who has been through Malaika Arora's Instagram profile will be well-aware of the fact that yoga is a "way of life" for the 47-year-old star. On Friday, Malaika Arora posted a video on her Instagram profile, in which she can be seen nailing an extremely complex yoga pose with utmost ease. She did try to simply the process by listing the steps involved in the drill in her video. She does make the entire drill look so easy. Malaika Arora, who describes herself as a "yogi" in her Instagram bio, captioned the video: "Back to mat in my fav place. Let's do some 'Weekend Balance'."

I think just make it a way of life and I think that's how you should live."
