Whitney Houston's mother willperform a tribute to the legendary singer alongside otherfemale artistes at the upcoming BET Awards.
Cissy Houston, will take to the stage at the July 1awards show to honour her daughter who died aged 48 inFebruary, reported Access Hollywood.

"Cissy Houston will take the stage at the July 1 awardsshow to honor her daughter. Cissy will be joined by a few topdivas," a source said.
The source spoke on condition of anonymity because thetribute has not been officially announced.
Whitney was found dead in her suite at the Beverly HiltonHotel, submerged in the bathtub. Authorities called her deathan accidental drowning, complicated by heart disease andcocaine use.
The BET Awards airs live from Los Angeles. Rapper KanyeWest, Beyonce and Jay-Z are the top nominees.
