Could it be that Deepika’s meteoric rise to stardom is bugging Sonam?

Is Sonam Kapoor feeling the heat of competition in Bollywood and is the slow pace of her career making a dent in her B'town relationships? Sure seems so from her comments on the latest episode of chat show Koffee With Karan.
Sonam's pointed remarks were directed at actress Deepika Padukone, who she appeared with on the controversial third episode of the show's third season in 2010. Their joint effort in skewering Ranbir Kapoor - Deepika's ex-boyfriend and Sonam's Saawariya co-star - apart, both actresses said they 'tried' being friends and, in a caustic aside, mentioned that the fact they exchanged Diwali gifts didn't go down well in some Bollywood quarters.
However, what a difference four years makes. This latest episode of Karan Johar's show suggests that Deepika's string of blockbuster hits and status as Bollywood's most wanted heroine has lost her Sonam's goodwill.
On the show, Sonam complains about Deepika's "overenthusiastic PR team" and her wardrobe, saying: "She's not a clotheshorse, she doesn't have her own style." When asked to name a 'good girl gone bad,' Sonam didn't miss a beat before picking Deepika.
Could it be that the Chennai Express actress' meteoric rise to stardom is bugging Sonam, whose career hasn't picked up the same momentum as The Dimpled One's?
Sonam also saved same vitriol of those Bollywood stars who 'aren't good looking but are considered good actors.' The Raanjhanaa star said: "If you look like ordinary and act loud, doesn't mean you are a good actor." We're not sure who meant and we'd rather not guess.
This is the same girl who made a jibe at Aishwarya Rai being on the wrong side of 30 when she was named a L'Oreal face so we can't say we're surprised.
