Madhuri Dixit, she of the million dollar smile, explained on Twitter why she refused to work with the Megastar.
While for many mainstream actresses sharing the stage with the Southern star is a dream, it seemed not so for Madhuri.
The Dhak Dhak girl, who has previously worked with Rajinikanth in Uttar Dakshin, was offered one of the three leads in his upcoming film Rana.
Reportedly the dancing diva had excused her saying she is flying back to the US around that time, but has now come out with an explanation on Twitter.
She posts, "Would have loved to do a film with Rajinikanth, but the role was that of his sister...need to wait for the right role."
Ah well, no one dares say NO to Rajini.
