The actor was earlier away from the hustle bustle of Eid-ul-fitr also, as he shot for the last leg of his new film Jab Tak Hai Jaan.
New Delhi:
Work commitments kept superstar Shah Rukh Khan away from celebrating Eid-Ul-Azha with his family on Saturday.
The actor, who is the brand ambassador of luxury watchmaker Tag Heuer, flew down to the capital to launch the limited edition of "India Racing Chronograph" watches. However, he didn't forget to wish those present at the launch a "Happy Eid".
The actor seemed to have lost some weight as he looked quite lean in formal wear. At the launch he was accompanied by F1 racer Armaan Ibrahim as they together launched the limited edition watches.
"It's an honour to be associated with Tag Heuer. It's been a decade now that I have been associated with the brand. And every time I wear this I get the opportunity to be a little classic, elitist and cool," said Shah Rukh.
The two celebrities also had virtual car racing match together, in which Armaan beat the superstar.
The day was all the more special for Shah Rukh as it also happened to be his late father's birthday. The actor had tweeted earlier in the day Saturday, "In Delhi, realised it's my dad's b'day today. He would have been 88 yrs oldhmmm. Can't imagine him that old. Good I remember him as 50 years young."
