So you thought actor Ranbir Kapoor started his acting journey with Saawariya in 2007? Wrong.
The 33-year-old star acted in short film India 1964, made before Sanjay Leela Bhansali's film, and a clip from it is being shared on social media. The short also stars actor Sharad Saxena.
Directed by Abhay Chopra, the clip shows an intense Ranbir trying to escape from prison. He holds a man hostage as Sharad, who is playing a policeman, threatens to shoot.
The film was nominated for Students Oscars.
Ranbir is currently busy wrapping up Ae Dil Hai Mushkil starring Anushka Sharma and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. The film, directed by Karan Johar, will hit the screens on October 28. He will also be seen in Jagga Jasoos with Katrina Kaif.
