On her niece Nysa's 18th birthday, Tanishaa Mukerji handpicked the best set of pictures and shared them on her Instagram profile. Along with the pictures, she added a super cute caption that read: "Happy 18th birthday my darling lil butterfly. My fashionista, my monkey, my performer, my gymnast my first baby! You were the best gift your mom and dad gave me and I've seen you grow so beautifully I can't wait to see you spread your wings and fly! Nysa Devgan. PS_ (you can see that pink is our favourite colour)." In the comments section, Nysa's mom Kajol wrote "aww."

Kajol posted a super cute throwback picture for her daughter on her birthday. An excerpt from her post read: "I was so nervous when you were born. It was the biggest exam of my life and I had all those fears and feelings that go with it for a whole year at least. Then you turned 10 and I realised I was a teacher just part of the time most of the times I was a student learning new ways to do things and look at them."

Tanishaa Mukerji stepped into Bollywood with the 2003 film Sssshhh... She later starred in films such as Popcorn Khao! Mast Ho Jao, Tango Charlie and Neal 'N' Nikki among others. She also participated in reality TV shows such as Bigg Boss 7 and Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 7.
