New Delhi:
Seems like Dum Maaro Dum's item number has added one more to the long list of dislikes, and this time it's none other than the original DMD girl- Zeenat Aman.
The former sex icon reveals that she's very disappointed with Pritam Chakraborty's new age rendition of the age old classic, stating that the new song left her rather 'cold'. Comparing it with the old version, she said that the original's innocence, rendered by Asha Bhonsle, was lost in the new version. "It just didn't sound right, " she said.
She also expressed her disapproval that the original artistes were not informed about the new version before it was made. If not the others, then "Ashaji should certainly have been taken into confidence", considering she's the original voice of Dum Maaro Dum.
