Delhi Government Moves to Make Helmets Must for Women: A Welcome Move?

It is now mandatory for women travelling on two-wheelers, driving or riding pillion, to wear helmets in the national capital. The Delhi government issued a notification on Friday inviting objections and suggestions from public within 30 days.
