Ghaziabad: An 18-year-old boy died on Wednesday after he was allegedly administered wrong injection at a private clinic in Vasundhra colony in Ghaziabad, police said.
"Ankit had fever when he was taken to a private clinic in Indirapuram by his father. The relatives have alleged that Ankit was given wrong injection by the doctor due to which he died within a few minutes," said SHO Sheelesh Yadav.
"The body has been sent for postmortem. If the autopsy report confirms that the boy died due to wrong medication and if the family members register complaint in this regard, legal action will be taken," he added.
