Ghaziabad:
An automated teller machine (ATM) of the State Bank of India, reportedly containing Rs 10 lakh, caught fire in Ghaziabad on Thursday, police said.
The incident took place at the Sanjay Nagar branch of the bank around noon.
Two fire tenders controlled the fire suspected to have been started by an electric spark.
Branch manager Sukhendra Singh said: "We have not assessed the loss till now but the ATM machine used to contain lakhs of rupees."
