Ghaziabad: Domestic help Surendra Koli was on Monday given the death penalty by a court in Ghaziabad for murder and rape of a five-year-old girl in the serial killings of women and children in Noida's Nithari area in 2005.
This is the fifth Nithari case in which Koli has been convicted.
Central Bureau of Investigation's Special judge S. Lal pronounced the judgment against Koli, the lone accused, for the kidnap, rape and murder of the accused and causing disappearance of evidence.
