Ghaziabad:
A 35-year-old-woman has alleged that she was gang-raped in a moving car in Ghaziabad by her husband and two other relatives on Thursday, police said.
The woman, a mother of two, alleged that her husband, Sandeep, his brother Bijendra, and their brother-in-law Narendra raped her in a moving car in Sahibabad, while a fourth person looked on.
According to police, Sandeep had asked the victim to meet him at Mohan Nagar to collect Rs 25,000. The cops say he had taken the money for their children's school fees from her house in Sanjay Nagar locality on April 16.
Police said at about 9 am Sandeep arrived in an Alto car at the designated place in Mohan Nagar, and dragged her into the vehicle. She was raped in turns by the three, including her husband, for two hours, and dumped near Hindon Air Force Station.
The fourth accomplice, a disabled man, remained a spectator during the entire period.
"On the woman's complaint, a case under section 376 has been registered against three accused people. The woman has been sent for medical examination. The police are yet to arrest the culprits," said the city Superintendent of Police Shiv Shankar Yadav.
