The BJP-led alliance won 13 seats, while others emerged winners in 10 seats, out of the 23 results declared so far.
The BJP-Maharashtrawadi Gomantak Party-Goa Vikas Party alliance contested all the 50 constituencies, while the Congress and the NCP did not field their candidates.
The final tally would be out by evening.
