Panaji:
A 35-year-old Goa government employee was arrested for dressing up as a Muslim woman in a burqa, and entering a women's toilet at the central bus stand in the coastal state on Saturday.
The accused, Virgil Fernandes, was charged after he was caught by commuters while exiting a women's toilet at the bus stand, wearing a burqa and black head gear.
"The accused has been booked for trying to impersonate a Muslim woman, in order to enter a women's toilet at the Panaji bus stand," a Goa Police spokesperson told reporters.
