BJP leader Anil Yadav was shot at by three unidentified men following a dispute over parking their car, police said on Thursday.
Yadav, a close aide of Haryana minister and Badshahpur legislator Rao Narbir Singh, was shot at in Sushant Lok area here Wednesday midnight. He was admitted to a private hospital, where his condition is said to be stable.
The men fired after Yadav asked them to move their car, saying it was parked wrongly, a police officer told IANS.
Yadav is a former sarpanch of Chakkarpur village, while his wife Sunita Yadav is a councillor of the Municipal Corporation of Gurgaon.
A case of attempt to murder has been registered, but no one has been arrested so far.
