An executive and his friend, a woman engineer, were killed in a road accident during a "joy ride" on a Royal Enfield bike in Gurgaon, the police said on Tuesday.
The two killed in the accident were identified as Kevin Martin and Avinta Kant.
Kevin Martin was the marketing executive at Royal Enfield company and lived in New Delhi. Police said Avinta Kant was employed with a multinational in Gurgaon.
"Both were on a joyride after finishing their dinner on Monday night when their Bullet met with an accident. Prima facie speeding seemed to be the reason for the accident," said a police officer.
