Gurgaon: A Juvenile Justice Board has sentenced a 10-year-old boy for sexually abusing a four-year-old girl last year, a lawyer said on Wednesday.
Principal Magistrate Ashu Kumar Jain on Monday sent the boy, to three years in a special home.
The incident took place on July 10, 2011, at Shakti Park in Gurgaon.
The boy was caught after a complaint from the girl's family.
A medical report confirmed sexual assault on the girl by the boy who hails from Aligarh in Uttar Pradesh.
