
AirAsia launches daily Guwahati-Imphal flight service (Representational Image)

Budget carrier Air Asia India today added Imphal to its network of destinations with daily flights from Guwahati, starting from June 25.
The low-cost Malaysian airline is offering inaugural fares as low as Rs 900 on the route and bookings can be done from today through June 7. But the tickets will be valid till May 31, 2016, the airline said in a statement.
"Imphal is a market with huge potential and we are certain this route will further stimulate and encourage affordable air travel," Chief Executive Officer Mittu Chandilya said.
