Guwahati:
Police on Wednesday seized explosives from the New Delhi-bound North East Express train in Guwahati.
One person, Mantu Singh of Nawada in Bihar, was arrested in this connection, police said.
The seized material included 11 gelatin sticks, 12 detonators and some wires. The man told officials that he had procured these from Mizoram.
