Some might not even realize they are experiencing these symptoms, while others may be acutely affected. Therefore, it's crucial to acknowledge and address this issue. This underscores the importance of balance and moderation in achieving optimal health. Neither high cholesterol nor excessively low cholesterol is desirable.
