Bottle Gourd (lauki) is rich in vitamins C and K. Vitamin C helps in the growth and repair of tissues, collagen production, bone, cartilage, and teeth maintenance, iron absorption, and supporting the immune system. Meanwhile, Vitamin K enhances bone, heart, and cognitive health. 

2. Bitter gourd

Bitter Gourd (karela) controls and regulates blood sugar levels. It is infused with the goodness of antioxidants. The vegetable also has anti-inflammatory properties which contribute to reducing inflammation in the body, often linked with other chronic health conditions.
