Police on Thursday exhumed the body of a 4-year-old girl from a burial ground in Borabanda in Hyderabad.
The girl is suspected to have been strangled. An anonymous caller had tipped off the police about the body.
Police are questioning the girl's parents. SR Nagar police are investigating the case.
