Ten people were killed Monday in an explosion at a fireworks unit in Tamil Nadu in the second such accident in the state in last five days.
The accident took place in Ariyalur district.
Chief Minister MK Stalin has condoled the loss of lives in the accident and announced Rs 3 lakh compensation for the families who have lost a member and Rs 1 lakh for those severely injured.
