Terrorists shot dead two persons and injured five others in Assam's Tinsukia district today, police said.
A group of five terrorists belonging to the ULFA-Independent opened fire outside a house in Bahbon village around 7.30 pm.
According to a tweet by Army's Eastern Command, two persons died while five other were injured in the attack.
Senior police and civil officials have rushed to the area.
