Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh:
Two people were killed and three others seriously injured after being hit by lightning in Uttar Pradesh's Bahraich on Sunday, the police said.
Some villagers were grazing their cattle when it started raining. They took shelter under a mango tree and were struck by lightning, police officer Rajkumar Singh said.
Five people were taken to a health centre where Santosh Kumar and Chandan were declared dead by the doctors, he said.
