Jammu:
Two minors were killed and another was critically injured on Wednesday in an explosion in Udhampur district of Jammu region.
"Initial reports say the children were collecting scrap when they fiddled with some explosive device that went off near Birma bridge in Udhampur town," a senior police officer said.
He said two children, aged 16 and 10, were killed and another child was critically injured.
