New Delhi:
The Supreme Court on Monday asked its former judge Justice P V Reddi to re-evaluate answer sheets of nearly 650 unsuccessful candidates of Delhi Judicial Services (DJS) examination 2014 while making it clear that appointment of already selected judges would not be "touched".
A bench comprising Justice Dipak Misra and P C Pant asked the one-man Reddi panel to conclude the re-examination of the answer sheets within six weeks and posted the petition for hearing in the second week of March 2016.
The petitions allege arbitrariness in the evaluation of the answer sheets of the examinees of DJS 2014.
