Mathura: A 24-year-old man was killed while two others were injured when the motorcycle they were riding was hit by a speeding canter in Kosi Kalan in Mathura today, police said.
The accident occurred near Anaz Mandi in Kosi Kalan town when they were returning from Faridabad, they said.
"The youths were rushed to hospital where doctors declared Akash Yadav dead. His friends Vikas and Vishnu were allowed to go home after they were given first-aid," a police spokesperson said.
"The canter has been seized while its driver managed to flee," he added.
