The BJP has planned a protest in Parliament against the government's decision to set up a judicial inquiry into 2G since 2001. This comes after the government had ordered an inquiry by a retired Supreme Court judge into the spectrum allocation from 2001-2009, which includes the time the NDA was in power. Yesterday, Ratan Tata had hit back at Rajya Sabha MP Rajeev Chandrashekher, who has alleged that the Tata group benefitted from the out of turn allotment of spectrum.
