New Delhi: Industrialist Ratan Tata and corporate lobbyist Niira Radia are scheduled to appear before Parliament's Public Accounts Committee (PAC) on Monday in connection with the alleged irregularities in the allocation of 2G spectrum.
Radia's taped phone conversations with politicians, corporates and bureaucrats form a key part of investigations into the 2G spectrum scam.
The panel, headed by senior BJP leader Murli Manohar Joshi, is expected to quiz Radia on the taped conversations.
The Supreme Court will have the final hearing of the Radia tapes issue on April 19. The court was hearing Ratan Tata's plea, in Supreme Court, against the publication of transcript of tapped phone conversations by the Income Tax Department.
Tata had said that his fundamental right of privacy would be affected if the conversations are published.
