Four people were today detained here in connection with the gang rape of a 72-year-old nun in Ranaghat in West Bengal's Nadia district, police said.
The four people, all Bangladeshi nationals according to the police, were detained from Motinagar locality, DCP Naveen Singla said.
Kolkata Police has been informed about their detention, he said, adding police was working on further leads.
