Malda: Four people were injured today in the Kalambag area of Chanchal in the district, when a crude bomb exploded at a fair ground, the police said.
A fair, Anandamela, was underway in the gardens of Kalambag today evening and many had gathered at the venue, the police said adding, a crude bomb exploded in one corner of the fairground injuring four people.
All four were admitted to Chanchal Block Hospital and were under treatment, they said.
The police are investigating the case, a senior officer said.
