Two persons, Kanaram Jat and Ratna Ram Meghwal, and their supporters who were allegedly armed with sharp-edged weapons and guns, clashed with each other in Rajasthan's Nagaur district.

Four persons were killed and thirteen others injured in a clash between two groups over a land dispute in Dangawas village of Nagaur district, police said on Friday.
"The incident occurred near Merta town on Thursday when two persons, Kanaram Jat and Ratna Ram Meghwal, and their supporters who were allegedly armed with sharp-edged weapons and guns, clashed with each other," said Merta city police Station House Officer (SHO), Nagaram.
The SHO said that the cause of dispute was a land which was reportedly in Ratna Ram's possession while Kanaram also staked a claim on it.
"Ratna Ram, Pokar Ram and Rampal died on the spot while Pancha Ram succumbed to his injuries in a hospital in Ajmer."
"Rampal died of a bullet wound while the others were injured reportedly by a sharp-edged weapons," he said.
Seven other persons, including four women, have been admitted to the hospital in Ajmer.
"A case has been registered against 12 persons for murder," he said. One of the accused, Shankar Jat has been arrested in Merta city on Saturday.
