4 Naxals Held In Chhattisgarh

Raipur: Four Naxals have been arrested from Chhattisgarh's Dantewada district, police said today.

The cadres were nabbed from Bhansi Police Station area yesterday based on a specific inputs about their movement in the region, Dantewada Superintendent of Police Kamlochan Kashayp said.

Those arrested were identified as Sai alias Sahi (30), Kama Telami (27), Laxman (30) and Rajesh (35), all lower rung members, he added.

They were later rounded up near Bhansi village, the SP said.

The outlaws were involved in torching an OHE engine of railway on October 25 this year, dismantling a government school building in the month of August besides several other Maoists incidents, the SP said.

The arrested are being interrogated, he added.
