The labourers hail from various places in the state, including Jaipur, Bikaner and Hanumangarh.
According to Additional Resident Commissioner Vimal Sharma, the labourers will be paid Rs 1,000 each from the Chief Minister's Relief Fund.
Besides, the cost of bus tickets, refreshments during the journey and if necessary, stay in Delhi, will be borne by the state government, he added.
Mr Sharma said this was the biggest contingent of labourers from the state to arrive from Saudi Arabia during the ongoing crisis, adding that so far, around 95 of them have returned to the country.
The labourers were part of a team of 70 Indians brought back from Saudi Arabia with the help of the Centre last night.
