Dantewada:
One CRPF soldier was killed and six others were injured on Monday in a Maoist attack in Chhattisgarh's Dantewada district.
A team of the 231st battalion of the CRPF, along with a state police unit, was out on road security duty when they were attacked by the Maoists at around 4:30 pm. An IED (improvised explosive device) blast injured six soldiers and one of them later died.
The injured men were airlifted to Raipur and were admitted to hospitals there.
