Jaipur: A 6-year-old girl was raped by a 15-year-old boy at Rudawal village of Bharatpur district when she had gone to answer nature's call, police said on Sunday.
Rudawal SHO Deepak Ojha said the incident happened when the girl had gone to the fields to relieve herself.
He said the incident came to light when the girl reported the matter to her parents, who then lodged a complaint with the police.
He said the accused, a resident of Singhada town, has been booked section 376 of IPC and relevant sections of POCSO Act.
He said the accused has been detained and further investigations are on.
