At least four people have died, 1 has been injured and six others are feared trapped under the debris after their houses collapsed due to landslides in Uttarakhand's Tehri Garhwal district on Wednesday.
While four of the bodies have been extracted and an injured has been shifted to the hospital, search is on for six more at the landslide location in Kot village near Buda Kedar area.
A search and rescue operation steered by a team of State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) and several district administration officials is underway.
The landslide is reported a day after a bus fell into a gorge in Tehri Garhwal district of Uttarakhand. Two people died and 34 others were injured in the accident.
