Ahmedabad:
Foiling an infiltration bid, the BSF arrested nine Pakistanis and seized their boat from Creek area in Gujarat's Kutch district on Monday.
"We had information that some people from across the border were trying to infiltrate into Indian territory. So we conducted a special operation and apprehended nine men," a BSF spokesperson said.
All the arrested Pakistani men were middle-aged and arrived in a boat which has been seized.
"They looked like fishermen, but following interrogation it was found that they were not fishermen," he said.
"They are being interrogated and further details will be available only after the questioning is complete," the spokesperson added.
