New Delhi: A court here on Wednesday granted bail to Aam Aadmi Party's Delhi legislator Dinesh Mohaniya, who was arrested on the charge of "sexual harassment".
Earlier, his bail plea was dismissed by the court and he was remanded in judicial custody till July 11.
In his bail plea, Mohaniya said he is a sitting legislator and would not flee from justice. He also said that he has been falsely implicated.
Delhi Police has booked him on charges of misbehaviour, manhandling and touching a woman inappropriately.
Mohaniya was arrested on Saturday following a complaint filed by a woman who visited his office-cum-residence with others to complain about irregular water supply.
