New Delhi: Arvind Kejriwal, chief of the Aam Aadmi Party or AAP, received a befitting welcome from a radio station when he visited it yesterday in Noida.
Mr Kejriwal was greeted with a guitar and a choir consisting of the employees and RJs of popular FM station Radio Mirchi. They sang a medley of Bollywood classics to him.
"Aap yahan aaye kis liye?" they quizzed. "Aap ne bulaya iss liye," he sportingly replied, in an impromptu rendition of a classic from the film <i>Kal Aaj Aur Kal</i>.
Delhi elections are expected early next year and Mr Kejriwal has been exhorting voters through radio ads to support him for a second term as Chief Minister.
