The killing of a Dalit in Abohar, Punjab sparked off protests in the state.

Punjab Police have issued a lookout circular against Akali leader and liquor baron Shiv Lal Doda and his nephew Amit Doda in the case of murder of a Dalit man in Abohar.
"We have issued a lookout circular against Shiva Lal Doda and his nephew Amit Doda and alerted all airport authorities in this regard," Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Ferozepur Range Amar Singh Chahal said today.
Police have failed to nab the accused who had been booked for conspiracy in connection with the murder of a 27-year-old Bhim Sain whose limbs were chopped off at a farmhouse in Abohar on December 11.
"We are making all efforts to nab both of them," Mr Chahal said.
Opposition Congress had accused Punjab Police of going soft on Shiv Lal Doda and his nephew under pressure from the SAD-BJP government.
Meanwhile, police today arrested another accused Sonu. "We today arrested another accused Sonu from Abohar. With this total arrests in the case have reached 13," he said.
