Srinagar: Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Monday greeted with sarcasm the about-turn by Pakistan on dialogue with India barely three days after the two countries agreed to re-engage, saying "That was quick even by Indo-Pak standards".

"Ufffff, Ufa is already unraveling. That was quick even by Indo-Pak standards," Mr Omar said on microblogging site twitter.com.

"What did I say about premature declarations of victory & misplaced chest thumping?" he added in an apparent jibe at the PM Narendra Modi government.

Mr Omar was commenting on the statement by Pakistan Prime Minister's Adviser on National Security and Foreign Affairs, Sartaj Aziz, that there will be no dialogue with India if the Kashmir issue was not included in it.

While a joint statement issued after an interaction between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Pakistan counterpart Nawaz Sharif at Ufa in Russia had said that the two sides will find ways and means to expedite the Mumbai trial, Mr Aziz on Monday indicated that it will take some time, putting the onus on India.
