After Congress, BJP slams Tharoor's tweets
New Delhi: Minister of State for External Affairs Shashi Tharoor seems to be getting embroiled in more controversy for his remarks on the micro blogging site Twitter about traveling economy class.

After Congress, now the BJP is condemning Tharoor for the remarks.

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that said Tharoor doesn't know India well and has no respect for the people of India.

On Wednesday, Tharoor was asked on Twitter if the next time he travelled to Kerala, would it be on cattle class? In his reply to that question, Tharoor said, "Absolutely, in cattle class out of solidarity with all our holy cows!"

Interestingly, following his tweet about travelling 'cattle class', there are pictures of the Minister of State for External Affairs travelling to Kochi in economy class.

He took his trip in August before the government's austerity drive began. The pictures have been released on Twitter.
