Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar today continued his 'new revelations' in the Parliament for the second day. He said the Agusta scam could have been stopped in 2012.

- Benchmark cost given by CNC (Contract negotiations committee) was 6 times higher than that of AoN (Acceptance of Necessity).
- CBI registered FIR in matter in March 2013, but copy of FIR was not forwarded to ED till December.
- UPA did not take any action against company. It was almost made compulsory by circumstances that you acted.
- 1000s pages documents have translated from Italian... we still don't have authenticated translated documents.
- AgustaWestland contract cancellation was not a proactive step but was forced on UPA.
- Entire advance given to Finmeccanica for procurement of the choppers hasn't been recovered yet.
