New Delhi:
Two hundred twenty Air India passengers have had a horrific start to their year. Their flight to Chicago, which was supposed to leave at 1.30 am last night, got delayed for more than 15 hours and are still in Delhi.
Worse, for the first eight hours, they were stuck inside the plane with no information on when they would leave.
Several children on the plane had a very harrowing time.
