There's some good news for Air India. Civil Aviation Minister Praful Patel has said that Air India's revival process is on track, as cost cutting measures and route rationalisation is being adapted.
He said that all measures will lead to lower cost and higher yields.
Patel also said they will be moving the Cabinet shortly for equity infusion and that they do not wish to see repeat of Jet Airways like incidents.
The minister said he hoped that a revival in economy will help the airline industry.
